📝 Join Tito Sidekick.

  • 📚 Must Be a Current Student — You should be actively working on or about to start your thesis or capstone project in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 📄 Have a Documented Project Proposal — We require a ready or approved project idea so we can focus immediately on development.
  • 🎓 School Consent or Adviser Approval — You must have permission from your instructor or adviser to get support from Tito Sidekick. |
  • 🤝 Willingness to Learn & Build — We don’t build systems for you — we build them with you.

Real Team Setup |

👥 4–6 Members per Team (depending on your size)

  • 👨‍💻 2 Developers — They write the code, build features, and implement system logic.
  • 🧪 2 QA Testers — Responsible for testing, reporting bugs, and ensuring the system works as expected.
  • 🎨 1 UI/UX Designer — Designs the interface and ensures a smooth user experience.
  • 📋 1 Business Analyst — Handles project requirements, documentation, and works with mentors.

The Role Play

At Tito Sidekick, we simulate a real-world development team. If you're working with a group, you'll be expected to fill these roles just like in actual software projects.
